Bill: puma hunting is not banned in all the Provinces. Some still have seasons.

There are some provinces in which the Puma hunting is not forbidden, the only issue that is going to be resolved nowadays is the CITES.
In the province where we have on of our fields the Puma is consider plague so imagen is not banned.
