I may be in Sao Paulo during the end of May. I Would like to look into finding 2 or 3 days of hunting for boar in Argentina. My wife, a non hunter would be with me. I am always looking for the right boar for a full mount, so would want to be able to bring trophy home to USA. Thank you for any information

May will be a good month as many sows will be in heat. They come down easily to the waterholes at night and the boar will follow them and maybe they will not be so spooky.

You must talk to your outfitter about your wishes of doing a full mount, as they must skin the pig carefuly. This is not a very comon practice down here, most of just just take away the tusks and put them in a wood shield.

Most of the people who organize wild boar hunts are not very specialized in the Sanitary Certificates to export the trophies, so you must do a little homework on that.
