Ever time I see one of these posts it is like someone is enjoying fine dining at a posh eating establishment and a hunt breaks out.

I always thought the empenadas were deep fried! In any case they look great, sure miss them.

Some are deep fried (like pollo and criollo), others are baked (like Jamon y queso).
