That is alot of red meat!
I would need a lavage of sorts, if I consumed that much red meat without roughage to match.
It all looks so mouth watering, esp. that big NY steak!
Think I'm going to take some buffalo steaks out of the freezer for dinner tonight, I'm hungry now!
Looks like the best place for friends and family to gather...around a good meal(asado)!

yukon deltaI just ate but I believe I could eat again after seeing that! One of my favorite restaurants is Texas de Brazil, which is asado style. We just don't have anything like that in Alaska.
