I hear there are some new rules in Argentina:

Only 1,000 gringos allowed entry each year....

Each one allowed entry must post a surety bond that they will spend at least $5,000.00 while there.

Dove limit is now 10 per day.

Quilmes quota is equal to the amount of doves shot per day.

The only non Argentine touring guide authorized is billinthewild.
