I watched yet another public television program warning about the imminent perils of global warming last night.

It made me wonder if the controversy has reached the Southern Hemisphere.

Are Patagonia's glaciers thawing?

Will our "conservationists" need to send money to create ice for penguins?

Will Antarctica become the next Ft. Lauderdale or Cozumel after Sydney, Cape Town, Buenos Aires and Rio are flooded?

It's something to think about while sipping your maté.
