Anybody got a recipe for frog legs? I just had a bucket of frogs delivered to my house by my brother-in-law and nephew and they want to come up Monday and try their first frog legs for supper.

The only way I have fried 'em is after rolling in flour or House of Autre fish batter.

I've had them a few ways one of the best was to roll them in flower deep fry and cover in a good wing sauce. Serve them like buffalo wings. another way is to simply marinate and grill on a hot grill. make sure not to over cook as they will get chewy.

Saute in a skillet with olive oil, lots of garlic and crushed tomato.....hoppin good....
