Take cream and boil it, add dark or milk chocolate by weight, two chocolate to one cream. but the lid on the pot and leave it OFF the heat until the chocolate is all melted. Then add any nut butter, peanut, pecan, hazelnut etc. to taste. You'll have something so superior to nutella you'll think you're in heaven and no hydrogenated fat like that nasty nutella.
