My wife and I go to Jamaica every year to a Sandals resort. I always bring home a couple of bottles of their signature jerk sauce. It’s to die for.

This was very good stuff. On the Traeger for about 30 minutes at 350, Cuisinart Apple/Bourbon pellets. Really a lovely flavor profile and a keeper.
