Jason DossThanksgiving Stuffing
Used a couple of dove breasts in our stuffing today instead of giblets. Was quite good.

calgarychef1Good idea Jason, anytime you add meat to stuffing it's better. Sausage is a great addition. Did you grind the breasts???

Jason DossNaw, we just cut them up in tiny chunks. It was kind of a impulse thing. The Mrs. said she didn't have giblets and didn't know what to use instead. Since dove season is in here, I did what any self respecting southern boy would do. I stuck a 20 guage out the window and viola-----instant giblets. Yes my friends, a country boy can survive!!!!
