JFEI thought the writing style was familiar and when I checked I had used one of his recipes before. It was Classic Civet of Hare (Jugged Hare). I was casting around looking at various recipes for Jugged Hare as i had never cooked it before and his one got the nod. Quite an ordeal to make, but the end result was well worth the time and effort. Very rich and full of flavor.
