This forum is about recipes for hunters. If I ever bag a hunter (Dick Cheney tried to), how do I cook it? I've heard they taste like chicken. Is there a recipe for Donner Party Chicken?

In Papaua New Gunea (sp) in the bad ole days when they ate people....they refered to it as "long pig" Apparently we taste like pork. I'd hazard a guess that any old pork recipe should work.

Chef, the child in Papua New Guinea was frightened when he saw his first airplane . His mother calmed him down , explaining that they're something like lobsters, difficult to get through the shell ,but once you do the insides are delicious !!
