WarbirdGood with just about any type of red meat
I come from a hunting family and one recipe that never gets old is this roast/stew:
Brown a few pieces of meat in a pot with oil.
Fill the pot with water and boil meat til almost done.
Add chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes.
When veggies are tender remove them and the meat to a serving dish.
With the left over liqiud stir in 2-3 beef boullion cubes, salt, and pepper.
Stir in corn starch til desired consistancy. Pour over veggies and meat and serve!
It will be a sure fire classic!
