That is exactly what people did, and the bacon is back on the menu. Not really animal rights motivated to begin with, more greenhouse gases and porky emissions publicity stunt.

Instead of providing what paying customers want to eat the hotels are only serving them what the hotel owner believes they should be eating. Apparently, he wants to play mommy and make them eat their veggies.. Liberalism!

Ham, sausage, bacon, pork chops and pork roasts are all gifts from the pig. Far be it for me to turn down such gifts. Facing the world without biscuits and gravy is just too much for me to contemplate.
