Got a few friends working in the workshop - I work, they are just a nuisance! But they keep me entertained!

Our chef asked what everyone wanted for lunch.

Steak seemed the preferred dish.

We smashed a lot of garlic.

Ground fresh black pepper very course.

Mixed the lot with Soy sauce.

Made sure all steaks are covered, and put u Dre the grill covered with foil.

As they got cooked, we removed the foil to sear them.

Baked potatoes and salad, and everyone was very very happy!

Someone asked for the recipe!

I said I make it as I go along!

Everything tastes better with Garlic and Pepper.
