Dove season opens up in a couple of days does anyone out there have any good recipes I have one but I'm always looking for more thanks.

Here's a good one for keeping the doves from drying out.

Take about a dozen dove breasts and arrange them in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Season the dove however you like...I sprinkle on a little salt and pepper. Get a box of cornbread stuffing and mix it up according to the directions. Pour stuffing mixture over breasts and bake according to directions on stuffing box. When the stuffing is done, the doves are done. The doves will be moist and tender.
