Got our freezer full of bison meat and need a good recipe for BBQ sauce for BBQ bison. I usually use out of a jar, but want to try something new. Any good recipes out there?

Jeff's BBQ sause
3/4C vinegar
1/4C lime juice
2T Sugar
2T Worcestershire saues
1/2C catsup
1t salt
1t dry mustard
1t paprika
ground pepper to taste
2-4 cloves of mince garlic
2T calantro
Put all into sause pan and simmer for about 1/2hr.
