Bill/OregonBeer bread.......quick and yummy
Jiri, can't help but think that one of your wonderfully floral Czech Pilsners would kick the flavor up a notch.
I am making another loaf of the beer bread just because it is so darned quick and easy.
I do plan to give this method a try, though, as there is no question that a steamy oven makes for a really fine loaf.
