Brazilian crepes anyone?

Just stumbled on this staple of Brazilian cooking, stuffed crepes made with tapioca flour. I asked my wife's cousin about these, as his lovely wife is from Brazil, and he said, whatever you do, don't fail to add bacon. Brazilians even put bacon in their popcorn!

Well, Brazilians might be kinda creepy
