Back in the old country, we used to eat nutrias and muskrats
Very good rodents baked and served with creamy sauce and flour dumplings
Good for gods and Milan

TCLouisSurely you can get some beaver up there to substitute for nutria (lot more fat I am guessing), and there should be muskrats there bouts.
Local trappers should be a source for both.
Gonna have to look Stevensville up on Google Earth to be sure about the likelyhood of the rats in the area

Big Wonderful WyomingYou can hunt muskrats in most water ways (after you get a trapping license).
My father killed a lot thinking they were beaver (we had beaver damn problems) on our place growing up in Deer Lodge.
