Dang Bill, I was gonna suggest that you buy one and give a first hand report.

Time it probably takes to get it fired up and to Temp vs the time to cook a pizza is kind of funny.

Pizza ovens are a lot of fun when you have a lot of folks to feed - especially useful when you're waiting hours while smoking or slow-cooking something else. Keeps the natives less restless.

When making your dough triple the batch. Keep what you will use that day and then freeze the rest. Yes, you can freeze pizza dough. You can freeze the rest of the ingredients as well to ensure you have enough for an army when you start the pizza oven.
