Max 503---Go to www.castpics.net and click on recipes. Then click on Carpetmans Mexican cornbread. I left out onions as I don't like them. You may want to add them(why would someone ruin good food?). Anyways this is a favorite with all that try it. It makes a meal in itself.

I tried the cornbread recipe tonight. It is good. The wife liked it also. Next time I might try it with chorizo instead of ground beef. Thanks for the recipe.
