JoHBunny Burgers
Anyone have recipes for bunny burgers.
Have tried bunny, onion & egg. Just wondered if there were any more ogiginal ideas than my poor excuse of an attempt
Would like to keep them as lean as possible tho so not really into adding a load of fat to them.
Cheers
Jo

HobieStir fry.
One bunny reduced to bite sized pieces (you decide what bite sized is). Place in bowl, sprinkle with minced garlic (or powdered if you must), black pepper and an asian hot pepper to taste. Pour a mix of equal parts soy sauce and water to cover. Let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours (if your hungry you can just throw it in the pan!). Use sesame oil to cover your fry pan bottom (inside of course!), pre-heat to medium heat and pour in your rabbit. Stir fry until cooked thoroughly (it is rabbit after all). Serve over rice. If you're really up for asian cooking, eat with kimchee.
BTW, did you get your rabbits with that .22 WRF?

JoHHobie,
Thanx for the heads up on where to place the oil 'in the pan'. Need all the advice i can get.
Havent shot the .22 WRF yet. Its being held for me by the 'local constabulary' to collect at my leisure (very loooooong story)
Used IanFs Krico for the bunnies. He has one of the best triggers on it that i have ever squeezed. (helps when he actually tells me when hes lightened the trigger tho)
Fancy trying the .22 WRF tho, sounds like it could be a giggle.
Appreciate yr help throughout this and the other threads, cheers
Jo
