ted thornMy wife and I make fajitas/wraps/steak Natchos with deer about every other week and also steak natchos kids love.
Cut 1 1/2 lbs of meat into long thin stips.....about 1/4" x 2" or 3". Soak overnight in 1/2 cup of worcestershire and a large dash of soy into ziploc bag...refridgerate...you can also spoon a couple heaping spoonfulls of pickled jalapenos.
Next day...cut up one large onion and one large bell pepper and stirr fry all the vegies and meat on high with your fav. oil. Cook until the moisture is nearly gone or thick.
You can then season with any store fajita seasoning to tast.
You can now do many mexican things here with your meat mixture.
We buy salsa and fried chips from two local Mexican Resturants. We buy our white cheese and tortilla wraps from Wal-Mart.
Wraps are good and fajitas are good but my wife likes steak natchos.
Enjoy,
Ted
