Just like the title says. Summer sausage and bratwurst and polish.

30 OZ SALT
4 OZ WHITE PEPPER
5OZ ONION POWDER
4 OZ GROUND CORIANDER
1 OZ GROUND CARAWAY
1/2 OZ GROUND MACE
5 OZ WHITE SUGAR
