GatogordoExcellent new (to me) pepper sauce......
Like most Texans, Cajuns, we use a lot of Tabasco sauce, and many types of peppers in our cooking/seasoning but are always looking for new flavors. Recently picked up a bottle of "Cajun Sunshine", hot pepper sauce, at the local Albertson's which I find to be truly excellent. Similar heat, perhaps a bit less than Tabasco, but has a much more exciting flavor, excellent on steaks, potatoes, and other meats. Highly recommended.....
