Is any service available here in EU (also for reasonable price)?

Our CIP proof house only test for commercial (or government) clients (and for some friends what I have heard) and single load test is about 1000 USD. So I test everything in USA. But you know, we have a lot of components the same, but also a lot of different, so it is not always easy to get the same in USA I want to use in Europe. I know in UK there is such service, but it is impossible to send live rounds there. (It is impossible even to order wads from UK). So I am looking for some EU located service.
