Low Recoil 20 gauge Load

I posted this question in the wrong forum. I would like to duplicate the Fiocchi Low Recoil 20 gauge load with 3/4 oz of shot at 1050 fps. Do any of you have a recipe for AA (old) or Remington STS hulls that would do that? I need a couple of boxes for a youth dove hunt.

Clemson,
I would back off on the powder on the 3/4 oz loads on this link and check with a chronograph. I suspect you might even be able to eyeball it by the loads and the difference in velocity from 1200 to 1150.
