Anyone use a Littleton shot maker? How does it work? Good? Bad?

I do not own one but a buddy is one of 4 guys that went together and purchased one. There is definately a learning curve. It has set for 2 or 3 years, I have tried purchasing it but no one wants to sell it. Nor do they want to use it.
