is there any source of custom 8 or 10 gauge hulls not all brass plastic or paper

Try Ballistic Products, they have 10 ga for sure. Not positive on eifgrs.
I bought some 10 ga there two weeks ago.

Be aware that the brass ring on the industrial 8 gauge cartridges needs the ring on the brass head sized down to be able to be chambered in an 8 gauge shotgun.
