We need a whole lot more information... What hulls? What primer and wad are you going to use? 2/1/2 or 3" shells. What shot load are you going for? 1/2 oz?
All of these factor in to the load data. If you can give us these answers, we can probably come up with some data for you.
2400, H110 and WW296 all make excellent .410 loads.

For the Winchester HS 2 1/2 hulls -
WW209 Primer
WWAA410HS Wad
12.0 grains of 2400
1/2 oz of shot.
For the Remington STS hulls, no loads were listed for 2400 and 1/2 oz shot
For the 3" Winchester HS hulls, they show the same components and charge weight of 12.0 grains of 2400, but the shot load is 11/16 oz.
This data is from the Lyman 5th Edition.
Hope this helps.
