Brock Yates Died
Sad news. Brock Yates the automotive journalist and founder of the Cannonball Run, died on Wednesday.

Always read most everything he published. Truly a living automotive legend.

sad news, indeed. He left nothing on the table. I had the pleasure of meeting him at Lime Rock during a Trans-Am race.

I bought mine in 1973, it's due for an overhaul (maybe next year if my wife will hurry up and win a lottery).

Well, she hasn't won the damn lottery and I'm getting antsy. The clutch parts were $127 with shipping and it will be back on the road by summer.
