Pretty cool body style. Not a 302-based 347 stroker?

Mine was a Unique factory Cobra copied by the Unique Car Co in Gadsden, AL.
So close to the Shelby original that C. Shelby sued them.

Mine had a 351 pushed out to 405CI with a top-loader and a Holley 750. It would move and I enjoyed it. SS brake and fuel lines. Disc brakes all-round.BUT...the handling was no better than an expensive go-cart.
Finally a Canadian banker bought it-and sent an 18 wheeler down to pick it up.
The sale and customs dec paperwork were perfect. I made $12K (US) on the deal. Fond memories with cute ex-girl friends inside...

Wrong cobra! Eeker

But if he was mine, I’d have to name him Shelby! Big Grin

I have kicked them around some. My brother was building them in Phoenix some years ago. I opted for another Porsche.

Very wise.
These will actually handle well.
As the former owner of a 356-1956 Speedster
and a 64 Jaguar E-Type roadster, handling and road
work in the S-curves are more enjoyable than stop-light Gran Prix. The old F. Porsche Spyders
were something to behold.
