Looks like an estate car to me but not what I'd call a shooting brake.

I guess it's largely a matter of personal opinion but to me, a SB should have wood panels, probably 4x4 and particularly suited to shooting...... and that car ain't.

Put a muddy dog in the back of that and he'd be walking on the seats before you could get your arse in the drivers seat.

As kids we used to call those wood paneled cars "woodies".
But for an ultimate woody check this Talbot .A 1932 but rebodied in 1969 totally in Honduran mohagony !!

Maybe someone could match a fine shotgun in the same wood.

Wow the Rolls Royce Shooting Break shown above is a sister car to the RR I owned for twenty years and just sold. And for reference the proper name is a Rolls Royce Shooting Break not Shooting Brake. When I placed the ad for sale as a Shooting Break some ass asked if it was truly broken to which I replied that Rolls Royces never break thay just cease to function. I sold it because I drove it about ten miles in twenty years. Maybe my priorities are out of wack.

I think you'll find that either brake or break is generally acceptable but more accurately, it's usually break in the USA and brake in the UK.
