Weird huh.... it looks to me like it'd be more at home in a circus ring with a couple of clowns in it but I guess it serves a purpose and he looks to have made a nice job of it.

Rat Motor

Complete with Minilite wheels. That is very neat and it gives new meaning to low polar moment of inertia. Handling must be very nervous.
