Cazador humilde'26 Chev and various brand and years of parts
Soooo, my family is finally getting around to dealing with some of my dad's stuff, a quarter of a century after his passing.
This is as close a category as I can come up with to post on, so I thought I'd get my internet hunting compadres to maybe offer a suggestion or two...
I've managed to sell his '15 pristine Dodge touring, but there is a '26 Chevy touring, complete, but broken down (he was in the middle of restoring it for the second time, since it always sat in a car port instead of a covered garage).
In his workroom there are also various parts from all kinds of brands of obscure antique cars - Marathon trucks, Packards, T's, etc., etc. all they way up to '67 Mustang hubcaps and the like. I know that there is a shrinking customer base for this stuff and a shrinking value on a lot of it. We just know that there could be something that is basically worthless sitting next to something that is worth $500.00 or more, but we don't know how to go about sorting it out.
Do any of you have a suggestion on how to "sort it out"? Estate sale specialists? E-bay after researching 'til we're blue in the face?
What say you?
Thanks in advance.

shakariYou might like to contact the Classic Car Club of America or perhaps a local motor museum and ask if they have someone local to you who could visit and advise.
If it's a big collection and as old as you say, then I'd agree you could well have some diamonds tucked away amongst it all.
Be nice to see some pics!
