Inlines and Bushnell scopes
I was thinking about getting one of the Banner 1.75x4.5x32 scopes for a Traditions inline. Will the scope or the Sportsman 1.75x4.5x21 scope hold up. If I could get a better scope I would not be posting this question. Thanks for any advice. Tom Purdom

I used a sportview 4x12x40mm on my Encore 209x50 for close to a year with no problems, would still be using it but needed a cheap one with 12x for my .223 handi-rifle,changed to a BSA deerhunter 3x9 on the Encore, haven`t done much since but should hold up o.k. I use whatever I can afford or whatever I have lying around,I also had the 4x12 on my 45-70 handi-rifle for a while,if that didn`t kill it I don`t know what will.good luck.

Tom, one summer while in college, I worked for the Forest Service at Bluewater. We were building a four-mile long fence around a section of land, then planting grass & brushing up gullies to try to keep mountain thunderstorms from flooding out all the settlements downstream. Saw some HUGH wild turkeys (and some BIG rattlesnakes) up in the Zuni mountains!!

As far as scoping a muzzleloader: Any scope that can be used on a .30/'06 is OK on any muzzleloader under 60 caliber!! At least the Banner should be OK!!
