TC Hawken Scope Mounting

TC Hawken Scope Mounting
I have a TC Hawkens, circa 1978. Eyes are giving me fits with open sights. Is there a way to mount acope on this gun? Maybe using the holes from the rear site with a long eye relief scope? Does anyone make a scope mount for this gun?
