I just found out that in Michigan it is legal to use a single-shot handgun, loaded with a black-powder metallic cartridge, during the muzzleloader season.

I started thinking about a T/C Encore with a 14" .45-70 barrel??? Anyone have any experience with this type of set-up or loading black-powder metallic cartridges??? How about balistics with a 14" barrel???
