I am contemplating a move to eastern Washington State. Do they have muzzleloader seasons there? What are the restrictions? (sabots scopes etc.)

Current regs state no optics contaning glass.

The bullets must be lead, not jacketed.

The firing mechanism must be exposed to the weather.

Elk can only be hunted with 50 cal or larger.

The rifle must be unloaded in a vehicle, the cap must be removed not the powder charge.
