Bulletman, what was the problem and how did you fix it? There may be others with the same problem.

The caps were only going off after the second time I cock the hammer back, turned out the hammer was way off center on the nipple, so I filed some off the lock where it touches the barrel, and sanded some wood underneath the lock plate, so when I tightened it all back up, it pulled it closer to center.
