I am thinking of purchasing a Stainless Steel Flintlock.

Do any of you have any opinions, pro or con, on the flintlock Firestorm. I don't want to hunt with round balls, will the 1:48 do all right with conicals?

Rick, I've had one for 3 years and love it, except missing the 3 Chester Co. deer not included. The only projectile I've used is T/C's conicals. The name escapes me now, but they have the prelubed groove rings in them and come 20 to a yellow box. I use 2 - 50 gr. pellets over a couple grains of 50/50 mix of 4F and 2F. Very accurate, except when I saw the aforementioned 3 deer. Good Luck!
