Black Powder in Windhoek, Namibia
Has anyone personnally purchased black powder for in-line muzzleloaders in Windhoek. I have booked a safari in May 2003 and since you cannot carry black powder on an aircraft, I need to find out if it can be bought there. [Confused]

Yes, it would make things so much easier if you can get powder! Otherwise, all you have is a set of clubs!!
