If making a custom butt stock for the No. 1, how much more drop at the heel could be made?

I don't know where on the butt the stock through-bolt comes out. The angle of the through-bolt could limit how much drop could be accomodated. On the No. 1 I once owned, the stock had too little drop for open sights and my long neck.
