low-velocity .22's?
are there any who makes break-action .22LR, .22WMR or .22Hornet nowadays(other than T/C)?

H&R / N.E.F. They make .22 hornets. Also you can get a rim fire version that can be had with both .22 barrels or both .17 barrels. You can send in any of the 4 and get different barrels. The two .17 's and .22 wmr are heavy barrels and shoot well. Rossi also, but I have not heard much positive from any one other than the cost.

Sure, the H&R/NEF Sportster rimfire in 22Lr, .22WMR, .17Hmr and .17M2, as well as the Handirifle in .22 Hornet.

I still see BRNO .22 Hornet rifles for sale. Don't know who imports them.
