Martini rimless extractor / ejector.
Hi fellas,
This is my first attempt at modifying a Martini Cadet extractor for the 221 Fireball round.

Some good thinking went into that. If you were to post this over at rimfire central in the Martini forum they would find it most interesting. That single arm extractor is a point of "possible" weakness but on the other hand Martini extractors never were regarded as "strong" and as long as loads were proper I really don't see any problems. In fact I'm gonna steal your idea for a Cadet I'm working on altho I actually haven't settled on a cartridge yet. GW

The possibilities for disaster boggle the mind.

What is pushing it over to the side when there's no rim to snap over? Confused
I must be missing something.

Rojelio,
In the last section of the vid, you can see the cam on the left hand side of the lower tongue.
The whole extractor unit, is cammed over to the right, at the bottom of the breach block's stroke.
