Can a 405 Winchester be rechambered to a another chamber size like maybe 450-400?

500NIt can be rechambered but I would check that you have enough meat at the chamber end and the barrel thickness at the end of the chamber as the 450/400 is quite long.

J.D.Steele450/400 is .408"-.409" vs 405's .411"-.412" groove diameter on many if not most. 450/400 is lower pressure so no worries there but the 405 twist may not be the best for really heavy bullets.

500NOriginal DR's could be anything from .406 - .412/.413
but most were in the range of .408 - .411.
450/400 bullets can be had in .408, .410, .411.
You could just as easily load 405 bullets into a 450/400 even if they were .412/.413.
