I've owned several different high-walls in 6mm rem, 7 mag, a low wall in 22 hornet. Currently I still have two that I probably will hang onto. One is a browning high wall in 30-06. The other is a Winchester in 270 wsm. Both have 28" barrels and are fine shooters. I noticed that Winchester is currently chambering the high wall in 405 Winchester. If I stumbled on one without sights I sure would be tempted.

Fine guns. Currently have several including 2 3006 HiWalls. Would like to have one rebored and rechambered to 9.3x62. No real need as all I hunt is deer.

need and want/desire are two different things. No reason not to have a 9.3 x 62 high wall if you want one.
