There's really no need for pictures. It's just a standard No. 1A. Nothing special except the caliber.

Hollis: Congratulations on your .303. Please keep us advised on loads and field performance. I used to make a 225-grain .312 jacketed softpoint back when I had a swaging business. Bet something like that would make a fine slug for your No. 1 for use on heavy plains game-sized critters.

There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.

Is the 303 a standard chambering or a special run?

I believe it is a special run.

Damn Lipseys! When you think they can't come up with another unique chambering, they do.

Looking forward to our rifles arriving.
I'm wearing out my 303 brass just buffing it.

I bought my #1 in .303 from Williams Gunshop of Auburn MI. It was listed on Gunbroker.com, and I was the sole bidder, getting it for the opening price of $900 plus $30 shipping.

My Money Order and FFL copy were mailed on Thursday, and I am on pins and needles for the next week or so waiting for it to arrive.

Dang,

I was hoping for it or the 30-40 in a 26" barrel.
