cas(Navy Arms) .50-70 Rolling Block?
Does anyone know how long ago Navy Arms (Pedersoli?) stop offering Rolling Blocks in 50-70? I know they used to make them, but not anymore it seems.
I want one.. but no joy.

http://www.Gunbroker.com Star in Texas makes them I found several at gunshows , not always 50/70 get anything and have a new barrel put on , as for me I would never go 50/70 ! 50-90 or 50-110 , I'm building a single shot now 50-110 .

"JB" http://www.lonestarrifle.comI don't have one of their Rolling Block rifles but do own an original #1 Rolling Block in 45-2.4" Sharps cartridge ie 45-90.

casI really want 50-90, but I figured it would be cheapest to rechamber/rework a 50-70. I'm trying to stay away from a custom build, which is why I've got an eye out for a Navy Arms.

Bad Ass WallaceI would have liked a rolling block but had to settle for a Ped Sharps "Boss Gun" in 50/90. I liked it so much I bought a 'Long Range' model in 50/70 but am getting the barrel shortened to 30" for hunting.
Both guns have that little bit of caming action to seat the bullet into the rifling which you can't do with a roller.
